So I guess I've dropped 8 kilos since I came to Japan in August just by replacing soda with tea and going from a sedentary American lifestyle to BIKING FUCKING EVERYWHERE JESUS CHRIST

Twitter tells me how living in Tokyo means walking more than anywhere else, because inaka people just uses cars for just going next door and they never walk.
They never said anything about bikes. Interesting.

Dude I lost like seven kilos in just three weeks in Japan. Magical country of weight loss. Instead of biking it was walking, but I also think eating three-four modest Japanese portioned meals a day instead of one-two American chunker buster portioned meals also assisted.

Not like I was actually in a position where I needed to lose weight though and after I came back people were making fun of my protruding ribs and my skeletal face but hey fuck them, at least I'm not fat lol

Maybe thats why people had been commenting on my weight loss these past couple of months

But im still not skinny so i only think Jesus how big was i before??

I just got low censused. Me who never takes vacation days and has PTO coming out of my ass. Basically management just called me to let me know they would take it as a favor if instead of going to work they could pay me to have a few drinks tonight and enjoy thanksgiving dinner with the family instead of warming up left overs.

Hello it's almost 2018 and I'm still an exam failing underachieving dumbass

Sorry to hear that, but if you have a job, it's better than that one.

I passed the board exam, and here I am still finding a stable job that is connected to my profession.

In our country, "stable job connected to my profession" means 1 year of internship (that you have to pay for), lots of trainings (you pay for it too), trusted credentials (you'll pay for it also), and lots of other examinations (that you pay).

Highest job payers are call centers.
