Played a shooting game for the first time (besides duck hunt) at arcade after years of watching other people play. Did better than my friend who actually knows how to shoot. -.-; Of course, I kept accidentally killing the NPCs.... oops.

Unless Raving Rabbids on Wii count as a shooting game.... eh.

I'd play a spinoff starring Jackass. Maybe a turn based strategy thing where you command the Resistance against the Machines, like a cross between Advance Wars, SRW, XCOM, and Fire Emblem.

I haven't grabbed or messed with typefaces in years. Kind of hard when you don't have a project or reason to.
I need to get out of this place and into an environment that allows me to focus. I feel so trapped.

Also, is it bad that I actually like that one?

Ic. Some of them are pretty cool. I like some of the elvish script ones and various other ones. I have a tendency to grab a few and have too many installed. I should probably just grab them for projects but some of them are fun to mess with.

Do you have any favorites?

I'm partial to Helvetica and Gill Sans myself. There's a few others as well.

fonts are great except i never use them

They aren't always very practical outside of graphic design/art. Even if you post online using a neat typeface, it is only visible to you unless that typeface is installed on the server of the website or the other person's computer. Otherwise, it defaults back whatever is set as the default on the server/computer. Usually it is the server first.

Btw, typeface is the correct term. Font is the size the typeface appears.
