Anybody know of any stores that might have it in either Oregon or Washington state?
Or any import Japanese shops that you can all personally reccomend?
I'll be vacationing in Oregon next week, and since I can't seem to find much help via google, I thought I'd ask you all.
Unless the game ever gets officially localized, it's most definitely an import buy as far as I know.

moreover, the original Melty Blood game is even harder to come by. I'm sure you could use the internet to find legitimate copies of Act Cadenza and Actress Again/Another Actress, but Melty Blood and RE-Act are collectors items now, I'd think.
