I can't find any LP of Dangan Ronpa other than the first chapter only.
And I did saw another play once but how is Sayaka alive in that one? Didn't she die in the first chapter? I mean. I saw her again and the spiky hair guy died instead. Can you alter their deaths or something?

There's only one actual bad end, everything else is just a typical game over.

This thread is open spoilers; you usually have them with the culprit. In fact I think only with the culprit, I didn't really bother remembering. Wait, I think I can think of at least one exception off the top of my head but I won't mention it. Basically though there's one a trial it seems.
