Does anyone know how was Balmung VS Brahmastra Kundala in the novel? The wikia and few summaries I find here and there say a single Balmung was equivalent to a Brahmastra Kundala, but I also see people claiming it takes a bunch of Balmungs (with the quantity varying from 2 to 5) to match a single Brahmastra Kundala.
So I was reading the Fate/Apocrypha materials when I found this.
What misprint is being talked about?…This is a digression, but Sagara Hyouma is most famous for the misprint regarding him in Volume 2.No, I really wonder how I overlooked that. I’ll definitely correct it in the second edition.

I read a little over half of volume 5 this week.
I'm glad to learn so many of the details that the anime gratuitously omitted but otherwise... it's not great. I'm told this slightly redeems itself at the very end but I don't know if I'm interested enough to continue.

Karna uses it once in the novel but it's very sparse on detail. I can post the excerpt when I get home tonight.
Don't expect anything like the anime. The duel was fleshed out more in the anime.

Though I guess considering the amount of effort that went into the animation of that scene it shouldn't be so surprising that the anime fleshed it out more.
Karna is badly under utilized in both LN and Anime.
Also it's very noticeably different in how he is written by Higashide vs Nasu. Not a diss to Higashide or anything, but it just feels like two different characters when i read CCC and Apocrypha.
He seems a lot more human in CCC, while in Apoc it's much harder to relate

CCC Karna had better(?) master.
I wish I got to know more about Karna, have gotten to see a flashblack to his past like Achilles got in the anime, or just have him speak more in general. He was a pretty cool and respectable Servant.

Karna wasn't that cool/calm in Mahabharata, he hates Arjuna just like Arjuna hates Karna in FGO.
I can't speak for how Karna acts in CCC, but I quite liked him in Apo and GO's America chapter.
