Well I men't that I can't play this game because my pc doesnt have a pixel shader 3.0 and because i barely ever find people IRL to play this game with.err wanna play? i can't connect to my matchup right now (technical difficulties hosting) and im still holding my controller thinking of playing against an AI... ehehehe

Oh, maybe you could use Swift Shader as an alternative to Pixel Shader? I haven't tried it yet so I don't know what will happen but I did a quick search and found this

The instructions says to put it together with the program that needs pixel shader and I hope that it works.
Or maybe you could just install DirectX 9.0c hoping it will include the pixel shader 3. >.<
