KAIZA attempts Fanart! (w/ a tablet, too!)

Yeah...I know I already have an art thread down in the General Doujin Section...
But, dammit, I see awesome fanart being produced here, and I wanna be good too. ;_;
So, whenever I get the chance, I'll try and draw TYPE-MOON fanart! Plus, once in a while, I can borrow a tablet, so I can start practicing digital art too! One step at a time, soon my dreams of good digital art will become reality.
*clears throat*
OK, OK. Let's get this show started.
I started sketching with a tablet today, and this is the result:

I wanted to try drawing Ciel's new design. I dunno why, but I like it a lot. It's not that I don't like her old design, but something about this one...I dunno, it just attracts me more. Plus, I love them glasses.
From here, I can see some things I gotta improve upon. First off, proportions. Second, hands. Hands, why can't I draw them properly...*ahem* Third, legs. I don't know, but I don't think I drew her legs properly. Maybe it's the (possible) lack of hips, which is another problem I have...
*sigh* There's still a lot to improve. Might also try coloring it someday.
Oh, coloring... m(_ _)m *thud*

Welp, that's what this thread's for anyway. Hope you guys can help me with some critique in the future.

Haha, ironic, in that I'm usually afraid I'll make them too thick. Plus, I still have to improve on hands (notice they're too simple or hidden)
And it's fanart, of course I'll try imitating takeuchifaces.
Either that, or my style has already incorporated them. I don't know if that's a good thing.

They're still remarkably good compared to, say, mine. You avoid the claw syndrome and you include all of the digital joints.

Should've critiqued when you first posted it, but oh well.

Her clothing is supposed to go over her shoulder (as in the strap things that hold it onto her body), her arms bent backwards based on where you put the identifier mark for the elbows, and the sundress is supposed to be lower to show some *cough* erm, cleavage.

Personally I think the thighs got too big, but that's just me.

The art-style itself is good, but the errors are kinda stand out to me.

OK, let's see...

• The straps aren't there because, well...the image I used for reference happened to be the one image where you can't see the straps. And then I forgot to add them when I found another image later.
• The arms bend like that because I fail at drawing the elbow pit. Yeah, the elbow's supposed to be facing the other way in the pic. I probably drew it dark, so it looks like it's the elbow you're seeing.
• Funnily enough, I was originally going to show cleavage. Again, the one image I used had her facing to the side, so I improvised. Plus, nothing I ever draw ends up looking like I plan it to.
• And the thighs...well, I still need to improve on proportions.

Don't worry, though; I won't kill you. I need to catch any mistakes so that I can improve. Thanks for the critique, really.
