All the KH hate makes me sad ;_;
I have only played the main series + Chain of Memories and Birth by Sleep, both of which seemed somewhat important to the main plot (whatever that plot is).
Also, the only interaction I've had with the KH fandom is when I read "Those Lacking Spines" which is amazing.

I don't hate it, I love it. It's just that I understand where people are coming from when they say they dislike the games being in other consoles/portables/not what I own. (Moot point 'cause of the new KH1.5 but still)

I think the feeling I'm getting here is that most people don't like it because:
a) There have been too many spinoffs that have convoluted the universe in meaningless ways.
or
b) The fandom is not the best.
I can understand a. I never played the other games because I didn't understand what the point of them was. As for b, I have never interacted with the fanbase to the point that I could form an opinion.
Eh, I already said my main complaint/problem with KH. I adore Final Fantasy, but VII is so overly popular that it feels like none of the other games get any positive attention.
...then again, I haven't played III, VIII, X, or XI, but still.
Still, I stand by my thought that Kefka would be awesome to include in KH! =P

Arashi, I'm with the majority of the chat participants with the long hair thing. It ROCKS!
My main complaint with Kingdom Hearts is that it started out with a story, and then somewhere along the way in telling that story it got so sidetracked and twisted that now I can't even tell what the story is about anymore.
It makes more sense once you realize that all characters are Xehanort
Thing is, now, there's so many damn characters in the entire franchise that I just don't care anymore.
You are now imagining every single character's heads popping off and a chibi Xehanort climbing out of the necks.
On a note more related to the thread, what username would Kiritsugu have? Time_Alter? Calicochan? DaddylovesyouIlya?
