somehow got Zedina who is supposed to be the next Ovenchkin and suspicously got Veleno (who was predicted to go 10th but came out 30th.... usually when this kinda thing happens gms think they could be a bust). How the yotes chose anybody but Zedina is beyond me. I kinda expected Ottawa and the Canadians but yotes too??
And another contender for winning the draft is the Avalanche who completely fleeced the Caps who were looking to unload expensive contracts as their back is breaking under the stress (this really was the final few years they were contenders).
