I'm starting to think that I'm going to drop this series.
It's just more interested in its cooking supervillains at this point than the more crazy Tootsuki challenges and that just makes me sad when I read it.
I'll come back if we ever get to pre-Azami type stuff again

I dropped it midway through the Azami arc. The whole thing felt extremely boring. And by the look of things it isn't getting any better. But that has been happening a lot lately, I don't think there are many Manga that I actually follow anymore.
The cooking feels so arbitrary, and you don't get to see the experimentation and setup from matches like Souma vs. Mimasaka and Souma vs. Hayama. Also most of the fun of cooking is gone, it's all powerlevels now.

Yeah honestly i felt that it was starting to get less interesting since the start of the group battle, and this arc hasn’t started in the best of ways.

But like, isn't mimisaka and Subaru the same person?
Like, I miss the stuff like the battle against Kuga and the three way showdown final of the tournament.
