Secret 4th “house”sounds very fanfictiony and I don’t know if that makes it more amusing to me.
The story sounds terrible but new characters are always nice, I'm excited to explore it when I play Blue Lion.

Interesting stuffs. I'm curious if it's a full side route spanning through the war or they will literally stop all of it from happening.

I'm betting it's just a new area and a sizeable sidequest to go with it so it can be done in any route.
I wouldn't be surprised if it lead to new endings though.

In 1:07 of the trailer you can see all 3 lords in the same cutscene. According to one site I've seen, you can use all 3 lords in this mode and recruit these new students into the main story. So yeah I doubt we'll get much of new lores.

I was thinking Shennong's title. Edelgard and Percival might be flame emperors, but Shennong is the Flame Emperor. The original, you might say. Yes, Doctor Who reference. Coincidentally, Shennong is a doctor or at least a medical practitioner.

I just bought the Switch yesterday and is still going through my first Golden Deer playthrough (at chapter 17 now), been playing nonstop for like 10 hours today. I can just go and do the DLC right? I heard it's independent of the main game saves.
Also I heard they added Rhea's tea time.

my first route took like 70 hours or smth
In part 1 my students kept dying like flies cuz I'm suck and hard mode while not that hard still got me at times, so I said screw it I'll semi-solo this with Byleth. I focused only on raising Byleth, Marianne (dancer) and Lysithea (cuz she has warp). Basically I spent a lot of my free battles on raising Byleth's lvl and once I unlocked adjutant I pair Lysithea in there. Catherine and Shamir are my other carries so I tend to only field like 5 chars in battle. In maps that requires just killing the boss I just warp Byleth in there and end it quickly. And idk why but Claude right now with his Barbossa class is 1shotting things like nothing, completely different from his part 1 self like wtf, so he will definitely make things much easier for me.
The downside of this tho, is that the support between chars I have to build on monastery exploration and gifts so right now I only managed to complete all of Byleth's support with everyone I see on the list (except Lysithea, I heard her max rank with Byleth only unlocks in chap 18) and Lysithea's support list with the cast. I missed the Leonie supports cuz I did not focus on her during part 1. Probably will get to work on support once I replay the route next time.
