Overwatch is apparently under investigation as well, but, since their loot box stuff is cosmetic, it's not likely that Blizzard will be impacted.The commission’s director, Peter Naessens, says that if your ability to succeed in the game is dependent on random outcomes - in this case, the contents of loot boxes - then the commission will have to consider it a game of chance. “If there is a game of chance,” says Naessens, “it is not possible without a permit from the Gaming Commission.”

Apart from Horizon Zero Dawn, which isn't exactly new, I don't think there's anything really good that's console exclusive at the moment, unless you count nintendo's usual exclusive stuff.

Started Legend of the Galactic Heroes (14/07/23), pray for me.
By next-gen I assume you're meaning the current gen since the only new consoles out recently are just high-end models of the current systems. The Switch would be the one exception but, even though its old, Bloodborne is a fantastic game and the only reason the PS4 exists.
Literally just Bloodborne, which is pretty great - but probably not worth buying a machine for if you've already got a decent PC.

So for Mega Man's 30th Anniversary, we're getting Mega Man 11. Kind of surprised and disappointed that it's yet another entry in the Classic series, with still nothing new from anything other than the Classic series for a full decade in itself. Still, will admit that it looks very pretty in a fusion of 2D and 3D. Coming Late 2018 for the Nintendo Switch, PS4, XBox One and PC.
