The average income, I'm told, is around $300, maybe a bit more. An average family with both parents working is supposed to earn around $600 per month. Of course, depending on your status and job, you can earn more than that. And, of course, taxes are supposed to be used to fund several of the government's aid programs, maintain the public systems, schooling, and so on, and so on...
Emphasis on "supposed".

Well, it depends. The minimum wage is around U$$360 here, but it's always increasing, which I think is wrong, because people who pay this minimum wage, is earning the same thing for years. but eh, the country I live has one of the highest taxes.
Around $300 a month seems to be the average income here, but OFWs make a lot more.
Oh, yeah, that reminds me. I mean, $360 is the minimum wage, but we do have lots of people leaving for overseas (legally or not) looking for jobs. And yes, they do tend to earn more than here as well.

The tax is why I get my aunt who is in the states right now to get me things.
I got family overseas that asks me for the same, if something is cheaper here they'll usually ask me to get it for them and send it over, even with shipping it usually ends up being way cheaper than just buying it there.Originally Posted by Meh

Having minimum wages there must suck, though I suppose it sucks everywhere, seeing as a PS4, or any other console, is worth more than their entire wage.
I think it's worse if you are someone who pays this minimum wage, since it's always increasing, and yours are not. At least here it's been like this.

Argentina's videogame and console prices are pretty ridiculous. Especially for PS3 games. Consoles are also pretty inflated in price, but they are not as troublesome as the videogames.

The most accurate prediction I think anyone can make is that no matter how well the Smash Bros tournament plays out, the people who try to play Smash competitively won't be pleased.
