That looks amazing, but... production costs... projectors are EXPENSIVE. I wouldn't trust anything that makes it 'affordable'. It'd have to be a "Illumiroom supported" but not needed kind of thing...

That doesn't change the fact that you'd need a projector in the hardware. Its even worse if that was the case and its not an external thing. If it was normal console price, the projector would be... well bad. If it was proper projector price, it would be stupidly expensive! I mean sure, companies lose money on their consoles, but having a proper projector capable of what is described in the video is... expensive. As far as I've seen. Maybe projectors bought in wholesale get cheaper?

This thing keeps getting more awesome the more I look into it.
Also, while Microsoft has denied the rumor that this might be a part of the next Xbox (and who can blame them, like Blue stated projectors are Expensive) the prototype does use a normal 360 Kinect alongside the projector so who knows what's gonna happen in the future to this thing, I sincerely hope it comes out at a reasonable price (I'm willing to put down $300 for this thing)

I'm cynical enough to say I'll believe it when I see it, and anyone who honestly believes this was a "Leak" needs to be blacklisted from any type of detective work in the world.

Leaks are an important industry tool. Just let them save face, time and money to say leaks. Its much easier than making an official announcement especially for something 'trivial' like whether it will be always-on.

You should, if you can only try one give some time to The Walking Dead and enjoy some good writing with your game.
Sam and Max is also good, I've yet to play Strongbad or the Back to the Future games but there's plenty of love for them out there.
