EQ: Scribe>=Freelancer>=Resistance
Spell: Resistance > Freelancer >= Scribe
Stats: Resistance> Scribes > Freelancers
Perks: Freelancer > Scribe > Resistance

The EQ can have 2 effects, right? If so, what is the reach and limit of those effects? If an EQ has only a single effect instead of two, is said effect stronger or more powerful?
Having a vague idea of those limits will help me knowing what is kosher and what isn't when it comes to making my stuff.

it's an "it depends" race
For example, effects are merely:
1. Can absorb mana from incoming attacks in defense
2. Can break seals and magical barriers
kind of thing.
also, if you want to have only 1 effect, it will be allowed to be on the level of two effects combined, but i rather think it is a 'it depends' thing after that.
