Nero's. I like Arturia better, but Roman Empire at its strongest trumps Dark Age Britain. Of course, it would also depends on my social status ( being a slave is kinda the same in all of these historic periods ). Arturia's knight > a slave on a Sicilian latifundum.
Though, all of these would be rather similar for a woman ( with the exception of Roman aristocracy ), with Gil's kingdom being the worst.
