Compared to other translation projects, the blink of an eye. God bless OtherSide.

Well that's good...for now I'll still wait before looking at spoilers. I may break at some point.
OtherSide and Edreamer are TL machine.
Canon's TL is powered by Raff's suffering.

It was a compliment, of course.
Clearly Raff isn't suffering enough.

Guess I should get around to finishing what's out so far if the next one is soon.
Does anyone have any idea why False Berserker's second NP is named "Natural Born Killers"? The first one is obviously named after the "From Hell" letter, for the record.
General Serial Killer stuff, since that's his NP of "what if Jack the Ripper was a group" it's probably talking about how if that is true, how messed up that be with that many killers, probably alluding to how physcopathy is something your born with. Or that's what I assume, I don't know an actual reference to it, just some poetic musings.

Well, FWIW, the only thing I could find with that exact phrase is this movie and the series of copycat crimes that it accidentally spawned.
True, Narita is an American nerd, also it does fit the musings I had earlier as well.

He's the servant of the guy who taught the mercury blob to quote Terminator after all
Well, considering that False Berserker's catalyst was a modern toy purporting to be a replica of one of the knives used by Jack the Ripper in his serial killings, that would make a bit of sense.
On a different note, am I the only one who thinks its weird that Apocrypha's Jack the Ripper doesn't have an equivalent of False Berserker's Thousand Faces skill or any of his NPs?
Nope, because the reason why SF Berserker has them is simple. He is the mysteries of the Serial Killer Jack the Ripper embodied. His skills and NPs relate to the multple theorys of "who was Jack the Ripper?" Apo Jack on the other hand isn't an embodiment of the multiple theories surrounding Jack the Ripper, she's part of it. She is a candidate that could have well been the actual Jack the Ripper, that's why her abilties are centered around the actual details of the legend, the murders and their conditions, instead of theories on the identity of the killer because she could very well be the killer. This is why whenever SF Jack tries to transform into a child, he always shift to what Apo Jack looks like, because her existence is an actual real part of the legend, not some loose theories. An actual possibility, which is why SF Jack tends to be more comfortable in that form and others like it, because it gives him realism for a being made up of what-ifs?

I don't think so, considering they are different entities/aspects.
But for what it's worth, From Hell and that curse Jackie does in Apo are similar in nature:
You know I wonder if we'll ever get that nobleman he turned into as another JTR character in FGO or something?Originally Posted by Vol. 4
Although, I heard some people speculate it was one of Jester's forms/him when he was a person or something like that.

But it should be noted about the differences, the hell that Apo Jack makes has a sense of realism in all it's grimness, while the hell SF Jack makes has a sort of parody feeling about it, an exaggeration built on conception. While the dream of Jack just showed the cruelty of humanity

That Apo Jack is an actual part of the legend rather than an artificial emodiment of said legend (specifically its unsolved mystery aspect) that only came into existence due to the flawed nature of the summoning ritual (seriously, using a modern toy as your catalyst? That's just asking for the ritual to get fucked over!) is actually an even stronger argument for her to have an equivalent of SF Jack's NPs. Compare how the Vlad Tepes who featured in Apocrypha has the whole "Count Dracula the vampire = Vlad Tepes of Wallachia" deal as an actual NP that turns him into Count Dracula, and how Extra's Vlad (who is somehow a totally different guy from Apo Vlad) also has a skill with a similar effect. And the Hassan-i Sabbah Assassins were all actual people both IRL and in-universe, and yet their identities are so unknown in-universe that it causes their Servant selves to lack almost anything related to said identities, retaining only what knowledge, skills and abilities they acquired/possessed that are relevant for a Servant to have.
What curse?
By "hell that Apo Jack makes" and "dream of Jack", are you referring to her past life as a street urchin on a futile quest to find a "mother" of her own, which is first glimpsed through Reika dreaming about it the first time she went to sleep following her becoming Jack's Master?
