Probably made it that way because there would be no way to give her Hundred Faces' ability and no way to not make her completely OP with it,
so this may be a stupid question but Zealot has the N.Ps of all the Hassans that came before her does that include King Hassan

She should, although King Hassan hadn't appeared in GO when she was created, so if it turns out he doesn't have a Zabaniya that'll be a retcon.
Zealot did note not being sure if Meditative Sensitivity was an actual Zabaniya, so if King Hassan doesn't have a Zabaniya that could explain it. Or the other likely scenario is that it's hinting that True Assassin has a Zabaniya that Zealot doesn't which would make sense as he is so secretive.
It's not that it isn't a Zabaniya, it's that there's no known user and she's not even sure if she's using it right.
It also is totally True Assassin's Zabaniya, it's pretty obvious.

The Hashashin sect besides the Hassans could barely confirm his existence besides that if a Hassan fucked up, off goes your head. Where's the issue here?
Zealot had to actually look for and research how to imitate the previous Hassans, not instantaneously assimilate them.

I doubt King Hassan has a Zabaniya or even need one. But wait for mats.
There is also the question of if King Hassan can be summoned in a normal HGW. All 19 were confirmed in Apo, so either he can be summoned in a very weak form or someon takes his place. My speculation is that True Assassin has basically been almost fully redacted from history so there are actually 20 Hassans.
