Daybit's Servant has been already hinted to be Tezcatlipoca, so until proven otherwise, I am going to believe that Tsubaki Kuruoka is the Grand Berserker.

On a slightly more serious note (make no mistake, this is still a shitpost), since Tsubaki’s unintentionally summoned Servant had vague death god attributes, she also could very likely to be Mictecacihuatl.

I always thought that if Tsubaki where to be introduced as anything it'd be as a Foreigner tbh, because it's been mentioned many times in-game that the thing that bridges the "fictional" realm where the outer gods reside and our world is the "dream realm" and what better host than the girl that can freely move around it's own dreams and whose dreams form a perfect reflection of the outside world, on top of that Pale Rider was summoned first WITHIN Tsubaki's dreamscape, so the possibility that it's in reality just a fragment or an aspect of an outer god isn't completely out there.

However, it probably doesn't matter that much in the long run, as he's explicitly using the grail's mud for 9 lives, with no mention of the demonic power, and the fact that he hasn't brought out the war belt seems to indicate that he can't stack 9 lives with his now 2 stat buffs. Alkeides VS Gilgamesh might be a good indication of Herc VS Gilgamesh, Alkeides having the pelt, Herc having God Hand.
