Those color pages ARE in the LN tho? I replaced the japanese text on the colored illust with english

Since I can't read japanese, I read the PDF's made by HumbertoZero (which are really well-made). They contain the black and white illustrations but not the colour pages.

that is a good pdf but only his selfmade pdf, not the japanese raws of the LN itself. He doesnt insert all of the illustration/

i have copy of the actual raws of the japanese LN, and it contains the original's colored illust

I just read a theory that the reason we've had three different Herakles' (SN, SF, Proto) and none of them have been sane is becasue Herakles is pretty much the paragon of heroic characters and if her WERE to be sane he would end up hijacking whatever story he was in which is also the reason why Kintoki wasn't in Apocrypha. Which although it sucks it kind of makes sense from a narrative pov.

Interesting. So he's basically too perfect for his own good, then. Don't see how that really applies to Kintoki though, since E-ranked Mad Enhancement doesn't really have any noticeable effect on his personality.

He's saying that Herc is always crazy for the same reason that Kintoki was cut from Apocrypha, not that Kintoki's ME serve's the same purpose as Herc's.

Officially, Kintoki wasn't in Apocrypha because he would be too nice to fight for the bad guys and too reliable to be a good guy, i.e., he's too strong and the conflict wouldn't be as interesting. Good guys have to be at a disadvantage.
