And give up on the idea of all the guys/girls coming onto Fem!Shirou and having her be completely oblivious? And then she can start doing the high jump and have everyone get nose bleeds. Personally when you put it like that, I find both options appealing!

Nice, start, Atalanta should make for an interesting change of pace with Archer. I was gonna point out that Rin is good for both genders but someone already did (Sakura is too).

I can't see Sakura as a boy at all. It seems really, really weird. She's hyperfeminine as it is, what with the whole trying to outdo Shirou at being a housewife so he notices she's a girl, thing.
Unless Sakura acts like ultra-manly to prove he's a boy to Shina but that would end up being a ridiculously different character, it would be Sakura in name only.

I can picture a male Sakura pretty well honestly, it's just the mechanics of lolwormrape would be the issue.
