Indeed you can. Best if they're all in the same folder, helps with uploading em'.

EDIT- Uploading is simple enough. Hit the 'Add Pictures' button on the group main page to open the image uploader in a new window. Then hit 'Add Files' in the upper right-hand corner of the new window. From there, simply use 'Select Files' browse to wherever the images were saved. Once you've gotten the ones you want selected (you can hold the Alt key to click on multiple pics for uploading), hit 'Upload Images'.
Once each one is done, the main page where you clicked 'Add Pictures' will upload the new photos and ask for confirmation to add the pics to the group photo pool.
EDIT 2- There's other stuff you can do in the image uploader, drag n' drop files and such, but I personally never use it.
