I rather liked it.
Although, this Tohsaka doesn't quite seem to be the kind of bastard ready to deploy his Command Seal to order his Servant to sacrifice herself so he could obtain the Root.

If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim,
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster;
And treat those two impostors just the same,

"From a dusky world with an ever-setting sun, a limitless rain of Ryougi Shiki streaked down from gargantuan gears set in the sky." Fate: Over 9000, my best Crack yet.
I like it. Masaru and Robin are surprisingly chummy when the other Tohsaka tradition is a prickly relationship with their Archers, but I wager we will see more tension developing over their politics as the story proceeds. That Noble Phantasm-stealing trick sounds amazing. I wonder how long it will be before it blows up in her face. And speaking of her, she's a great way to give us a female Servant based on a male character without rampant gender bending. Nice touch
The Edelfelt sisters are surprisingly funny. They're probably not strictly meant to be that way, but they're so ridiculously pompous that I can't help laughing.
Rider is going to be a griefer, I can tell. He already hates his second Master. I'm guessing he'll spend a lot of time trying to crew over other Servants while trying to work around the Command Seals.
Strange to see someone other than Risei overseeing the War. He mentions he was dispatched to watch over the Third. I'm guessing this is a minor detail you forgot, or maybe he'll show up later. Not like it much matters. Like I said, minor detail. Hardly story-breaking
I like it very much. I look forward to more.
Now to get back to my Third War/Hellsing crossover with Zalgo. I've let it lie fallow for far too long.

Finally had the time to read this . . . And rats - you beat me to the Third War. *sigh*
. . . Oh well, looks like fun, at least.

"Evil isn't the real threat to the world. Stupid is just as destructive as Evil, maybe more so, and it's a hell of a lot more common. What we really need is a crusade against Stupid. That might actually make a difference."
―Jim Butcher, Vignette
Well, this looks like it'll definitely be interesting. I'll keep an eye on it!
