No, in the books LF blames the court minstrel for the deed. In the show Sansa says Lysa threw herself through the Moon Door and that LF was trying to talk her down

i admire the production quality, and... that's all i have to say

This show has become naught more than AO3 fanfiction given the film treatment, and yet it's because of that that I am now more engrossed in this adaptation than ever before.

Bronn tries to kill Jamie but Tyrion dies taking the bolt for him, then Jamie kills Cersei and dies throwing himself out the window while talking about the things he does for love.

Jon is happy its all over and ready to sort things out, but then Dany stabs him in the back because it would literally be a middle finger to all of GoT's themes for someone as Stupid Good as him to survive after Ned's death established being dumb doesn't get you anything. But also because she's too paranoid he'll want to take the throne. She then realizes what a monster she's become and kills herself or fucks off to rule across the ocean.

Genndry reveals himself and becomes king. Then he marries Arya. Sansa gets the north.

Welp, halfway through the episode you know how it's going to end

this episode had strong moments, but a lot of it was really, really dumb
including the ending

When Mel and Arya reunited I knew how it was going to end and I was dreading it the entire time. How stupid.

With the way the episode went I'd like to share the best ending of this I've seen -- from the end of Kingdom Under Fire: Crusaders.

Crusaders

You have everyone rushing to take/destroy the Ancient Heart or whatever its full name was in the big, final battle -- what every campaign has been leading towards as the climax -- and nearly all the characters you meet over the course of the story are either killed in the battle, the Heart's explosion, the demons that up and start destroying the world because the Heart is gone (plot twist) after, or trapped inside whatever dark realm the Ancient Heart kept contained to defeat said demons by sacrificing themselves. Gerald is the only main character left alive by the story's conclusion and we never see the others again (speaking of those that're trapped). I mean, sure, he rebuilds the Human Alliance and stuff, but, everyone else who mattered is dead or missing (forever). Furthermore, the character to destroy the Ancient Heart was just a regular soldier, a faceless grunt, and nobody special.

I wanted Game of Thrones to end more like that. Everyone dies but 1 or 2 people, who have to pick up the pieces and hope for the best after the ultimate threat is barely defeated (the Night King).

But, that's just wistful thinking.
