WMG? The bartender dude on the splash page with Springfield hair is Negi. He abandoned that English gentleman nonsense and went the full-on pimp route, and continues to add to his progeny/harem with every cute girl that walks into his bar (half of which are probably related to him by this point).
Furthermore, the climax of the story will be Touta surpassing the impossible harem of his (great?) grandfather through time paradoxes, eventually revealing that he is in fact Konoe Konoemon, Konoka's grandfather, and that most of 3-A was actually descended from him somehow.
On a serious note, I kinda thought Akira would be Negi's waifu, due to some of their interactions past the festival arc. The epilogue doesn't really support or deny this, though.

Mostly typical Akamatsu character establishment. It's a little cliched, sure, but then again, at this early in the game, I'm not so worried about novelty. Some of the constant shouting of, "That's ridiculous!" and "You'll never make it!" plus variations got kind of stale, but it's pretty easy to ignore.
My main question is if Eva used the pills to regress back to a younger form or if the younger form is her real self. It's kind of pointless since I guess she's timeless, but it's just one of those little details that nags at me for an answer.
With any luck, the main plot will get rolling soon, and some of the supporting cast might start showing up.
Like most consumable items, I'm assuming that it has some kind of duration.
The way I read this chapter it basically confirms Eva is def still stuck in loliform and just uses the pills to pretend otherwise.
Also I kinda like Touta, he's got chill goals.
