Furthermore, an "unchanging" body like that might limit her from increasing her power as well. She seems to able to use chi but I didn't see any indication she's able to use magic.
Eva has never been shown relying on vampire powers apart from regeneration. We don't even know what vampire powers encompass apart from regeneration, a few weaknesses and the ability to make minions. Seal off every one of her abilities, give her the strength of a middle schooler and she still destroys trained martial artists with chi and nearly beat Setsuna with nothing but thread.
Besides, Asuna, Ku Fei, Kaede, Yue, Negi, Nagi, Eishun etc were also just humans.
Asuna was an walking anti-magic weapon. Calling her a normal human is a bit of a stretch. Aslo Nagi and Negi were both prodigies, so they should probably be considered outliers who exist only on shonen power.

Started Legend of the Galactic Heroes (14/07/23), pray for me.
She was born at some point because she's part of the royal bloodline. If she wasn't, she couldn't have become queen.
But anyway considering you only have quibbles with three of them proves the point, really. I didn't even mention Rakan, who should only be somewhere in his 50 or 60s.
Anyway, whatever, doesn't matter. She'll presumably get much stronger much quicker now that she's a protagonist.

Fate's body looks like a twelve year old boy, but he's really around.... 15~20 years I think? That was the time elapsed between his activation and the start of the main story in Negima, at least.
No, Fate is twelve. He was 'born' two years before Nagi vanished. I think he even says it at one point. You're thinking Primum.
The one who fought against Nagi twenty years before was Primum, yes, but Fate was activated when Secundum was still running around, wasn't he? Was that only two years before Nagi vanished? I could've sworn it was more.
