Humura's time-hax returned time for ORT to the moment TYPE_MERCURY/Mercury was born, Archer condensed all the alien materials into a sword with UBW. And together, they imposed their humanity onto nascent ORT. the time-hax and UBW were super enhanced because they were cast at the same instant in a place where the World was already weak AKA near ORT
