Of course
What was the last time he finished anyone with the Superman Punch
The spear has always been his finisher.
The Superman Punch either sets someone up for the spear or gets a two count. I don't think he's ever won a match with just the punch.
Spoiler:
He might've won against some lowercard dude.
But yeah, i get Roman critics, i don't really care for him, but the Superman Punch was never his finisher.
Also i think thats a pretty neat move to be honest. Has a nice explosiveness to it
I like the part where he punches the ground before the move, and I like the jump he does before connecting.
But I absolutely hate the godawful cocking of the fist.

Cody?

FF XIV: Walked to the End
Started Legend of the Galactic Heroes (14/07/23), pray for me.
Cody has defeated Roman at night 2 of Wrestlemania, finally finishing his story. I must say it is also one of the best matches Roman has pulled so far.
Cody and Roman have pretty good chemistry.
I actually think their match at WM39 was better, but that finish was some bullshit.
This was the opposite, the "proper match" portion wasn't as good as last year's but the shenanigans towards the finish were cathartic af.
Shout out to Seth, MVP of the entire event.

They have a surprisingly good amount of chemistry together, they bring out each other's best attributes. Roman looks like a dominant monster and Cody is the never-say-die hero. Wouldn't mind one more match between them before they retire. Having this much chemistry between your top stars is rare and hasn't been the case since Austin/Rock arguably.
Compared to say, Cena and Orton, who despite being touted as their biggest rivals, never had much chemistry in and out of the ring.
Also, Dynasty is this weekend for anyone who watches AEW.
I'll be watching it on Monday. Can't rly afford to screw up my sleep before a work day.
I took a day off for Mania but I can't do that for every ppv.Maybe All In if I like the card enough.nvm All In is in London so it'll air at reasonable times for me lol.
Will v Bryan do be lookin spicy tho.

AEW's stars can put up good matches, but I really do hope TK shut his mouth and not divert attention away from the performance with meaningless antics.
As for WWE, I'm more worried about what they can churn out for Cody. Without Roman around, WWE lack a dominant heel that can prove credible threat. While dudes like Gunther have good skills, there is a lack of storyline build up for now.

Yea, he almost derailed the whole build to this ppv by airing that footage. And it's a pretty good lineup of angles too. He should learn when to stay quiet and just let the product talk for him.
I'm confident the WWE will be able to heat someone up. I don't mind this aproach. Making the end of Roman's reign feel like a true season finale, or the end of a story (lol), was the right call imo. The product just needs some time to recalibrate. It was gonna happen eventually anyway, this way we got the cathartic release this reign deserved to go out on. (Also that finish was one of the best character moments I've seen since I got back into wrestling, only beaten by Kenny kicking out of the YB's Golden Trigger at 1 on Revolution 2020)
We just need to be patient.

The US title has a good back and forth. The only problem I have with Logan Paul is him being a part-timer, other than that, his matches are good to watch as both he and his challengers have good chemistry together. Intercontinental is focusing on Chad Gable and Samy Zayn, which is okay as they are good wrestlers, and Gable's heel turn was convincing. Women's title is a problem as Rhea is out sadly and lack a convincing candidate for now, same goes for Bayley. It might eventually go back to Bianca. The tag division lacks storyline, but the matchups are pretty good so far, so we can see what they will do with it.
As for the main prize, Cody is still parading for a while, so we can see who's up next as I don't think they will let him drop the title so soon. Priest also has possible challengers, though only Drew looks threatening so far. Jay still lacks the aura while Punk is too frail.
