Realized the little girls in this are not as high quality as the ones in Outbreak Company. Sad.
We're back to living in the database. Stuffs happen.
- We learn how goddamn depressing the situation is. Without any clue of what happened or any goal to achieve, the Psycho-Pass hue darkens and results in player killings.
- Akatsuki is just so HHHHNNGGGGGHHH
- Teamwork, bitch!
- Riding griffons to Hokaido!
This episode wins.
So Shiroe refuses to join a guild despite having a build that revolves around having one (or at least a regular party). The scent of CLIQUE DORAMA can be smelled from mile away.
Unnecessarily antiquated ways of speaking are cute. I also adore how frickin' petite she is.
Furthermore, since griffins are my favorite mythological animal it stands to reason that this episode was great. Especially with their introduction and how they clearly have personality quirks of their own. MVP of the episode besides Akatsuki and the noblest bomb-ass steeds ever in the history of ever would also have to be the infodumps detailing the world's mechanics and what the skills do. If it weren't for the fact that the game marooned hundreds of thousands of players in a virtual purgatory I'd be all up for a game of Elder Tale.

All we're missing now out of this list is like two items, if counter-PKing counts as PKK.

My Fanfics. Read 'em. Or not.McJon01: We all know that the real reason Archer would lose to Rider is because the events of his own Holy Grail War left him with a particular weakness toward "older sister" types.
What's 3edge supposed to mean?
Linger: Complete. August, 1995. I met him. A branch off Part 3. Mikiya keeps his promise to meet Azaka, and meets again with that mysterious girl he once found in the rain.
Shinkai: Set in the Edo period. DHO-centric. As mysterious figures gather in the city, a young woman unearths the dark secrets of the Asakami family.
The Dollkeeper: A Fate side-story. The memoirs of the last tuner of the Einzberns. A record of the end of a family.
Overcount 2030: Extra x Notes. A girl with no memories is found by a nameless soldier, and wakes up to a world of war.
.hack is about Aura's attempts to get in (a) Kite's pants. Tri-Edge was the .hack//GU version.

When they get to the city where little girl guild member is marooned, supposedly.

Second episode was great. Between informative exposition, nice kickass teamwork, going into how players stuck in Elder Tale in general are handling things, Shiroe and party being cool and helpful, Shiroe and Akatsuki chemistry building, and freakin' gryphons, this was just awesome.
