Girls' Work is Type Moon. Type Moon is literally credited on the staff roll for Girls' Work and is featured on Type Moon's web site. This is not Type Moon. Just because Hoshizora Meteo works for Type Moon doesn't mean everything he does is Type Moon. It's not like the Fate/Zero anime is considered a Nitroplus work just because Gen worked on it. The Fate/Apocrypha novels aren't a Propeller work just because of Higashide.

Okay, I was wrong there, it actually was an official collaboration between the two companies. I'm not convinced that's the case here, though.

I'm going to go ahead and say yes because the anime is advertised as a Chunsoft x TM x PA Works thing on amazon. But only because I don't wanna check anywhere else.
Canaan is the same case as this. Just written by Nasu and designed by Takeuchi. Therefore, it's sometimes accepted as Type-Moon work. But the official website and original staff list says something different.
It is totally not the same case. Canaan was like included in all the 10th anniversary TM stuff, including the event PV, so it has way more TM wank. You'll have your chance to prove this belongs with it when the next anniversary happens.
