(Not really sure if this counts, but...)
Okay, recently I got my Mayflash Universal Arcade Stick, so obviously the first thing I was going to do was mod it.

Now, I wasn't planning on doing any cover art due to the lack of experience - but since my joystick is still in AirMail Limbo, I decided to go ahead with it anyway.

Now, in dedication to Melty being my first fighting game "proper", I wanted to display Melty characters, which leads to:

This is my current Type-Moon project going on, though I'm still a little stuck on the backgrounds. Should I choose the default black, or change it to white? Or should I get a background - which leads to a further conundrum in choosing an appropriate version?
And then, which should I choose? (Personally prefer the Akiha one though I need to find an HD version, but I also like to display Kouma and Shiki)
Anyway, the project has slightly stalled until I can resolve this issue - and get a laser printer - but it should go by fairly quickly~
Progress:
*Obtained arcade stick
*Obtained Sanwa 30-mm buttons + supplies
*Dismantled the inner components of the arcade stick
*Filed down the holes to an appropriate size
*Attach artwork to top
*Attach wires to buttons
*Solder the buttons to PCB
*Replace the joystick
*Attach joystick wiring to PCB
*Test for performance/error
*Finish
