I thought more people would have cried bullshit on Nobunaga's sheet.
Oh well.
If that block of moon rune text really does mention Musashi, I wonder at the context. It's not like he could be the Saber of the Patriotic Heroes. We already have Okita and Sakamoto.
Though I'm probably taking this gag series too seriously if I'm trying to find the logic in it.
No one cares because it's a punchline.

Mystery is the general mystery everyone talks about. The lake or well analogy in KnK and stuff. The problem is that Servants are mysteries themselves, so then wouldn't Oda's skill and NP boost her against every Servant? But of course it's only talking about things with a lot of mystery, but Servants do have a lot of mystery. So yeah, Oda OP?
Spoiler:
What Fate/Stay Night character are you?
Kotomine Kirei
You are Kirei. You've always been a little different from the rest. You probably have low social skills. Whatever, it's not like what they think matters anyway. Ever searching for something missing within you, you probably don't experience the same happiness as everyone else. Good and evil are just labels, you are who you are.
Oda is meant to be over-the-top OP horseshit. So I can accept the idea that she has a power that makes mysteries--which is what Servants and magecraft both run on--work against themselves. It's just the kind of thing I expect from a character who is a punchline. I'm not trying to reconcile or balance it because it wasn't meant to be workable.

If the stats translations in sumisora are legit, Oda has two NPs, one is the arquebuses volley, the other one is an anti-divinity NP that gets more effective and powerful according to the opponent divinity. One can say that the two archetypes of her whole character are demon and innovation.

I think maybe the creator meant mystery as in anything associated with religion that doesn't fall under Divinity? Just a guess from what little I know about Oda. I also considered it was talking about any Servant that possessed mystery in life but that would still be every Servant, even Li I-punch-your-chi-and-turn-invisible Shuwen.
Araya, what do you seek?
「アラヤ、何を求める」
------True wisdom.「――――真の叡智を」
Araya, where do you seek it?「アラヤ、何処に求める」
Only within myself.「――――ただ、己が内にのみ」
Araya, what is your favorite color?「アラヤ、好きな色は?」
Blue. No, ora-- Auuuuuuuugh!「青、いや、オレンジイイイイイアアアっ!」
One other thing about the strength of Nobunaga, if no one's already mentioned it: They're all probably summoned in their native land, which grants all of them a Fame Boost. Nobunaga is like Cu Chulainn would be in Ireland, or Hercules in Western Europe. ((No doubt at his strongest in Greece))
But FSN Herc was summoned in West Europe.
Yes, and thus he has the majority of his abilities. (outside of being suppressed by Mad Enhancement somewhat)
I believe the point of the statement was 'His stats should be even higher than they are if he got the European fame boost.'
Hēraklés is so famous that it does not really make difference for him if he is summoned in Greece or Germany, whole Europe counts.
