Maxwell seems like a good 0* candidate.
Rider seems like he would be a good 5*.
Shuwen and Assassin could be 4*s.
Berserker seems like definite 3* material.
Hideyoshi seems like he could either be two or three Servants of separate rarities (welfare kid version and 5* adult version) or one 5* that changes animations upon each ascension depending on how crazy they want to go with him.
My only objection to this lineup is Maxwell. Given that only 2 servants since the very start of the game have been added that are less than 3* and those two are the very peculiar Angra Mainyu and Paul Bunyan, it seems unlikely they'd throw Maxwell into the more unique 0* category for a throwaway Caster. Seems more likely he'd be a 1* if they went below 3* at all for him.

Honestly I'd like the whole Imperial holy grail war to be in FGO. For it to happen they would have to release a few at a time. It's hard to imagine that guda guda would have an event that is as big as the CCC collab.
That said I want to have Sun Wukong and Hideyoshi as well. But we all know that we are going to get okita alter, because of waifu.
