I liked the ending by itself, but did not like how it fit. Similar story with LE.
But eh, I don't think it is harmful to have. It doesn't really change much whether you have it or not, and I like the tidbit of Saber staying to seek answers.

It's fluffy and doesn't detract from the True end. It also acknowledges Saber's character conflict without having it magically resolve itself in the background like in true which kinda undermines her character arc in fate I've always felt.
Eh, even at the time of reading it, I liked UBW True more than UBW Good. Good was nice for the warm fuzzies, but it wasn't all that interesting. Now, in retrospect, I'm less happy with it cause of fanfiction writers who use it to have Shirou accustomed to living the harem life. *cough*InFlight*cough*
It's okay although I like UBW True better, and I think it's good in the original game to have one ending where Saber survives, but in RN having both UBW Good AND LE feels kinda unnecessary since the only thing UBW Good has over UBW True is the presence of Saber and LE is kind of a better "Saber Good End" IMO. It seems like they both serve the same purpose and if I had to pick one it'd be LE.
So, yes for original FSN, not so much for RN (and I kind of think of RN as the "complete" version but that's just my preference).

Still the best end Saber got in the VN (until LE).
Its the bread and butter of over 60% of FSN fanfiction.
That said, its alright, and gives Saber a chance to live a solid life.
The harem-y stuff is purely fanon honestly, or at the very least, would be on Rin's terms. I saw it more as mutual battle bros and not the powertripping fantasy of a dude lording over his battle ladies stabbing stuff with his magik swordz.

I like UBW True more. I also agree with Koto-nee's statement.
I was always put off by UBW Good. Actually wait. At first I was put off by UBW True since Saber just disappears and everybody goes along like nothing happened. So uh. I guess I like UBW Good after all? I can't remember what enraged me anymore.

If it was 5 minutes longer and actually touched on the relationship of the three to defuse the "lel harem" thing a bit it'd probably have worked.
As it stands it's pretty bad.

I accidentally missed it when I played the game, then I lost my saves and havent gone back to try getting all the endings again. It was the only ending I missed.
It was the equivalent of what the good ending from ciel's route was-fanservice, with a small, superficial moment of introspection from Saber to disguise the fact that it's nothing more than a simple harem ending.
