This pic used to make more sense when I just started- Anyway, it brought back memories of how I liked to draw dinosaurs as a kid. As I grew up scientific recreations of dinosaur looks were slowly becoming less cool, often looking like half-plucked chicken instead. Pls bring back cool dinosaurs

The first one looks cool, like some isolated pagan shrine almost? And... the dinosaur is their god, ahhhhh! I agree on that, though, pls remove ugly feathers from dinosaurs, they've become basically just giant birds and birds aren't cool.

Yes, the first one is supposed to be some Ancient Greek style-like thing, but is also inspired by several church gardens I've seen on my recent trip.

Figured I'd post these to ask which color scheme looks better, but then thought I'll be using them all. Blue&orange ftw. Looking at it right now makes me want to add more red into that orange

i like the far right one personally, could definitely be a bit redder though yeah

I think the middle one looks nicest, but the one on the right could be the best if the orange was more of a red, yeah.

Thanks. That's true, her hands and arms in general were a trouble, and in the end I simply got tired of redrawing them over and over again.

I think that the biggest issue is that they're too small. But the colors are really pretty and it looks nice!

Yeah I had that feeling that either her head is too big or her hands are too small, or both

I think her right arm (left from our perspective) is fine, but I think her left arm (right from our perspective) needs to be longer, especially the upper arm.

Thanks, but that's funny, cause when drawing on traditional stuff, I was always bad with watercolor . Going to try oil painting soon, I wonder how it turns out.



Had some weird troubles with PC and tried a couple of android apps for drawing. Pretty good, though one of them is somewhat buggy and another has no brush blending (and it's unclear to me whether paid version does). Also since my android tablet doesn't support pressure sensitivity, it kind of brought back memories about drawing with mouse and trackball, ha.

I really like the colour in a lot of your art, and how stylized they are. I don't remember if you talked about this before, but which artists do you consider your main inspirations?

What I can think of now

While migrating to the new PC I forgot about custom brushes in a SAI folder. The choice between editing configs again or switching in old dying HDD in hope it still can manage one last pull was too hard, so I just did some stuff with default unfancy brushes.
