Unfortunately, they're very Modern Chauvanistic over their and tend not to like stories where the Magic Side has something to teach the Mundane Side, preferring their mages to stand in awe of the mundane who starts quoting Wikipedia and armchair philosophy at them. Which was interesting the first time, when the writer was an actual engineer and the character wasn't a complete douche-nozzle about it, but got really old when the followers starting turning everyone who didn't have a modern mindset into racist and sexist caricatures that only existed to make their self-inserts look good.Originally Posted by Imperial

Yes, though this is my first attempt at something long running that isn't a quest since ~2011. If you don't mind that format (which was basically ~1k-2k words followed by voting for a choice), then the only one that I would be willing to admit to writing is Tonks Quest over on Spacebattles. Crossed over with KnK and Fate, with Tonks as an anomalous reincarnation of Shiki, MEoDP and all. The Babylonian section is probably the best written (because Gilgamesh makes everything better), though people seemed to like the Kissed By Demented Spirits bad end. I run by the same handle there, so feel to browse some of my old shames as well.
I think you post your "good" fanfics here. I really want to see more of your work!
