Buying Character Material

Well, I guess the title pretty much sums it up. I've been trying to find a way to get my hands on Character Material for a while now, but with no luck. Does anyone know where I can buy it and get it shipped to Australia?

Keeping an eye out for vol 1, it was the one I bought in Japan myself, and often is supposed to come with a box to put all of them in.

It shows up on Mandarake sometimes I think?

I got my Character material from a guy who just goes to Japan often and resells stuff at cons. It retails for about 30 dollars, although it's more commonly found in dojinshi shops. Mandarake might have it, and I've seen it on ebay a few times too.
