It is. arai translated it sometime in 2009. He's currently in a rut trying to get the narrator tricks right to translate the rest.

Amazing, I have to say thanks for this, to both you guys and him. So is this the first book? I don't know too much about DDD other than the fact that there's an antagonist who can stay in a state of constant adrenaline, which is a concept I found pretty neat.

DDD1 (Volume one) includes JtheE, HandS (R), Hands(L), and formalhunt.

Has anyone considered putting up a guide on this site of exactly what documents, books, games, interviews and associated material are what from Type Moon? It can get really confusing trying to keep them in order if you're new.

I don't think deadfish has a blog, last time he mentioned Decoration Disorder Distortion he said he had a breakthrough on chapter 2 (or at least that he thought he had figured out how to translate some of the parts unique to Japanese) and that he was working on it. He has not said anything since.

Indeed, better. But some sentences don't make sense, I tried it already.
Is like when Mirai Fukuin wasn't translated in english yet, I copy and pasted the russian version and didn't make any sense at all.
