A movie version of Heaven's Feel would be pretty rough without some serious editing for content. Each route of Fate/Stay Night is a bit more, involved in terms of the amount of characters butting heads. It's not like any chapter of Kara no Kyoukai where there's one big set piece you need to worry about and everything else leads up to that.

More seriously, making an episodic HF adaptation would do wonders for the pacing and overall presentation. I'd say Ufotable has at least recognised the problems inherent with cramming a lot of stuff in one movie with UBW.

so for those of you who thought tsuki remake would come about because nasu ran out of money, now you know. the fate cow simply hasnt been milked enough.
I don't have a clue how the girl's work thing was supposed to function, but if I'm not missing something then they may have run out of ideas for girl's work and just decided to start on something else that will please people in the meantime.
How can they run out of ideas when they haven't used any? As in, the story is already written, they just need to make something out of it. That's how they knew they wouldn't be able to make a visual novel that looked like an anime out of it.
