also in this Agility seems to be directly proportional to movement. Like how Lancer is supposedly the fastest Servant because of his A rank AGI. And how Regend has A+ AGI but couldn't get away from the temple.

I noticed it says Rider suffers from decreased stats (Agility B) while under Shinji, which makes sense but I never thought about it after looking at CM3 (Sakura stats) for so long.
I say it's still an aggregate of a several things including movement speed, like CM3 suggested. e.g. Lancer = higher peak speed but Rider also has rank A to represent her better stamina while moving at high speeds.
To me it's not really saying that "Agility is proportional to movement speed" but rather than "he boasts the highest movement speed among all the Servants (A-class)". Other Servants can have A Agility, but Lancer has the fastest peak movement speed.
So, it seems like a new challenger cruised in underwater and deep sixed all contenders in this month's NewType rankings.
Blue & Red are still holding strong in 3rd place though...
