It's a made-up language by Kajiura, called "Kajiuriago". It's used in some of her other songs as well.
Do the Blu-Rays actually contain more stuff about Luvia? I remember hearing about it but never really knew if it actually was true or was found out to be a bunch of BS.
The script in the booklet did.
There were rumors about saber's breasts being groped, were the rumors true?
No, Medea only touch her ass a little

How many scenes from the UBW route didn't make it into the Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works] adaption?
What scenes were added or changed in the BDs?

Longer walk to the Church on night 3, longer Caster throwing a tantrum over not finding the Grail and then taking it out on Saber, longer Shirou looking for Rin and Archer before Archer betrays them, longer with the maids before they get Gilgamesh'd, no cut to black when Dr. Gil performs eye surgery on Illya...
Localizationing stuff
Also the talk between Rin and Archer in the park during the prologue
Also brand new dialogue between Archer and Kuzuki the day before the fight at the church, longer Caster flashback, dialogue between Caster and Kuzuki before the fight at the church...

Illya and Rin actually fighting each other instead of standing by idly, while Saber and Berserker duke it out (supported by Archer I guess, though his arrows end up being completely useless), during the graveyard scene on day 3. I always thought that was a nice touch. Illya is actually shown to be a pretty strong magus on her own.

How major were the differences between the VN's scene of The Answer and the anime's scene of The Answer ?
There is no Aimer song playing in the background in the VN
