Chernobyl Blackwing" (Russia)
Backstory: THERE WAS A GIRL IN AN ORPHANAGE. WITHOUT ANYWHERE TO GO SHE WENT INTO THE MILITARY. THEN SHE BECAME AN ETHER LINER. HOWEVER IT TURNS OUT HER HEART WAS STILL HAVING A DISEASE SO THEY REPLACED IT. (Note your backstory can't be this shitty; cut me slack, it's NPCsssssss)
Personality: Crazy girl who thinks she is a superhero among everything else. She tends to be hyper vindictive when it comes to be wronged and as such should not be wronged. She is warm and sort of bubbly but sometimes she gets really mad for absolutely no reason. Likes warm things. Not very interested on this whole retrospection shit.

Perk
In the Thick of Things – Tier III
In combat, attacks can come from everywhere and at any moment. Used to these kinds of clusterfucks, Chernobyl has developed the ability to dodge in the barest of movements, allowing her to graze attacks and subsequently avoid large amounts of damage even with a high concentration of projectiles. Dodging is made significantly easier; in the case of a tie between her Agility and an opposing stat, she always wins. Also does what fluff says. Boosts AGI a rank.
Mechanical Heart – Tier II
Chernobyl has an artificial heart due to her circumstances, and as a result, her heart beats with the very flow of Grain into her body. Every turn she can recover two points of GP.
The Right Place – Tier I
Chernobyl just happens to be in the right place when stuff flies at her. Increases the chance of dodging an attack slightly.
Abilities
Sunshine: A blast of fire from the Knight Arm. Deals ETO damage. 4 GP.
Flare Boost: Temporarily uses the flames generated by the Knight Arm to propel oneself. Agility is boosted a rank for every three GP, up to three ranks.
Turboblaze: Advanced version of sunshine. If you are not killing things, apply more fire. Deals ETOx2 damage and immediately prevents casting of an Ability for the next turn. 8 GP.
Knight Arm – Closed Wings
Closed Wings is a massive arm mounted lance that is designed to tear through A-Rays in one blow and then burn them apart. It represents an undying, burning hatred that dwells within poor Chernobyl’s heart. Physically intimidating and quite long.
Main Quality: Nuclear Meltdown
The main source of damage for Closed Wings is the ability for the Knight Arm to unload molten radioactive metal into its opponents. Dealing damage equivalent to STR+ETOx2, it hurts like a motherfucker and tears apart things in a huge burst. However, each time the Knight Arm enters an “overheated” status that prevents it from being used for the next two turns.
Main Quality: Heat Sink
When overheated, Closed Wings passively deals an additional ETO ranks of damage with every hit as it releases heat from the Knight Arm, meaning that even when it is not pumping molten metal into you, it still hurts like a bitch.
Secondary Quality: Lightweight
For the owner, the Knight Arm is not particularly heavy and thus is surprisingly faster than it seems. A SKL penalty can be ignored by one rank.
Secondary Quality: Arm Locked
It’s attached to her arm. This has all the benefits and disadvantages one would think of.
Secondary Quality: Intimidation
This Knight Arm looks like a scary-ass piece of shit. A-Rays with lesser wills will run away from you because it’s scary.
