Touka seems a lot...straighter than she does in the manga. She was never really curvy but she looks more masculine I think in this concept art.

id say she looks about the same, my friend saw a couple scans of her in the manga and wasnt 100% sure if it was a girl or guy
I could kind of see that if you weren't used to manga art styles but there are still a lot of things about Touka's visual design that tell you she's female, like how it emphasizes her lips more than it does for other characters. This is on another level, she really does look kind of androgynous here. If Touka in the manga is Brawl and Melee Sheik than the concept art for the anime is on the level of original Ocarina of Time Sheik.
