He was complaining that it doesn't make sense that they bring it up when she's barely given a hint of an attitude. They bring it up when it becomes clear she's using her sex appeal as her weapon, which is "bitchy" to them, so you can at least follow the logic.

Went around a friend's house and watched inferno cop then prisma ilya season 2. Both were actually quite good and prisma ilya was a huge improvement over the first season. I can also see why people say this show has good action scenes now ,as unlike season 1, season 2 has consistently well choreographed and animated fight scenes. Watching eureka 7 atm and it's basically about cyber newtype piloting evas but they are part of a 90s kid rebel skater kids gang. It's a pretty damn cool show though. Visually the show holds up very well and it's just weird to see such good animation in 4:3 XD.

I tried reading Panlong, but dropped it.
It was fairly mediocre, and characters said that they had motivations without ever really going through events that would give them those motivations.
