I guess the VN ended up being not very good?

    Hmm... I'd say it's a mixed bag.

It has some really good moments, but most of the time playing it I couldn't help but think: "Was this really a story that needed telling?"

Man FGO really has gotten itself in just about everything these days.

However, this adaptation has been pretty cavalier in that aspect, so maybe?
That actually flew right by me. I just feels like it's going to find a way to happen anyway somehow since Kyouma is on a roll now and it hasn't been directly addressed yet.

Watamote went to a really unexpected direction with Tomoko becoming a yuri harem lead. I love the development and how she's being pressured into picking a girl based on the college tours.

I really need to get back to Watamote. I remember I stopping because it was just too depressing to read.

I've been marathoning Gundam 00 over the last two days, and this series does something no other series in the 25 year of Gundam before did. When the overtly evil side starts using their orbital death rays on their own supposed allies (or at least neutral nations) to make a point, some of those officers realize their leaders are evil fucks and attempt a coup. It fails, but still, progress!

Rage of Bahamut is so pretty. Almost too pretty.

I'm not used to seeing anime characters with such realistically depicted teeth and lips.

As much as people gush over "Unlimited Budget Works," Rage of Bahamut may be the single prettiest TV anime I've ever seen. Every episode looks like movie-quality animation.

I watched My Hero Academia: Two Heroes. I love that movie to pieces, it was without a doubt worth my money.
    Spoiler:
[Melissa is immensely satisfying as a character: she's kind, intelligent, driven, and not only fully capable of helping to save the day even without superpowers, but is even willing to intervene even against villains with superpowers when it counts. She's without a doubt one of the two heroes of the title. The other one being Deku of course, who's his usual lovable self and has some great action sequences - Deku bouncing off the walls and ceiling like a living laser to take out those armed goons was immensely satisfying. There were a lot of moments like that, and Horikoshi's a master of dragging you to the edge of your seat, fully primed to cheer the moment a hero comes in for the save.

Hearing Rikiya "Kerry" Koyama ham it up as the villain disdaining heroes was fun, and the movie was also hilarious in quite a few places. Bakugou is the best comedy, though Mineta was also amusing. And Uraraka's entrance was gutbusting. And beyond all:

Watched Little Witch Academia with the wife, the two OVAs and the series. The series is such a cliché, but also so adorable, I can't help but like it! The Brazilian dub was superb as usual, but I'm curious to "see" how it sounds in the original.

The dub really was great, I was happy to be able to show it to my young cousins, they loved it!
It's sad that Netflix isn't putting effort in them these days.
