The first OP is a work of beauty.
The art's nice too, as well as the distorted facial expressions and bodies for comedy.
The animation's pretty high-quality.
There are differences in the story I didn't like, and that's why I stopped midway through season one, but I can't advise against it based on that.

As for myself I just finished the first episode of the Iron Man Anime, it was alright nothing to right home about but nothing bad either. Do like the way they characterized Stark though

Reading through some more of the original Lupin III manga, which I bought since scans are basically impossible to find. Love it because its unashamed low-brow humor and the fact that it's Loony Tunes mixed with James Bond and Mission Impossible, which was the reason why I got into Lupin in the first place.

Ohhh! Ohhh! I need to read this, as i am a complete and utter Aigis fanboy.
I know right? It was pretty bizarre and it actually surprised me when I read some scans of the original manga. The manga is more "dark" than the anime I grew up with.
Well the first anime series (Green Jacket) kind of kept the tone of the manga for the first ten or so episodes. Then I guess they those in charge thought it was too dark and lightened Lupin up a bit.
Though I love it all the same. Just adds another level to the Lupin mythos.
