Mobile Suit Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans Season 2 Episode 11:

So the mobile armors are called Angels and to fight them, demons, mobile suits were created. More specially the Gundams along with the Alaya-Vijnana System. Those things are killing machines, being able to create drones as long as they have materials, the drones can even repair the main body if it's damaged and refuel themselves. They're very thorough with their attacks, even making sure to kill the pilot of a mobile suit. An AI is doing all of that. And that idiot Kujan just had to make things worse by making the mobile armor change course. Poor Ride just wanted to protect the agricultural plant... And that scene at the end, I didn't think they would meet again so soon.

This was a very good episode that had me at the edge of my seat and I can't wait to see what happens next week.

In another series Manaka would probably be an antagonist for a happy go lucky and well adjusted mc to defeat and befriend.

Fate/Apocrypha Episode 2: The ending is better than the opening, Garnidelia sounds as good as everyone said they were. The added demonstration of Blasted Tree was cool, I didn't know it could bring lightning down from the clouds. Oh, then there was that hunter that saw Spartacus lol. But, that fight at the end was the highlight of the episode, it was pretty much how I imagined it was when I read the novel. The next 12 episodes are coming out February the 9th, so I'm going to try to not procrastinate and finish the first 12 before then.

It's a 'knockoff' of Brave Raideen not Eva. What it shares with eva is just some stylistic elements and the fact that the project would probably not be greenlighted without the success of NGE.

A lot of people do write off RahXephon as an Evangelion clone, which is really too bad. It has some tonal and stylistic similarities, but those tend to fall away as it goes on. I feel like it was probably a calculated decision to bring in viewers jonesing for the next Eva.

well ok but with only six episodes i think the natural reaction is to think "well this feels like eva"

That said I just finished it. It was okay. I liked it quite a bit until around halfway through, but after a certain point my enjoyment dwindled. Even ignoring the plot, which was needlessly obscure at times, the characters themselves sort of became progressively worse. Haruka is a really good example of this as she was just laughable by the end.

idk I liked what they were going for, and thought the concept was neat (the Isshiki/Itsuki flashback episode was great) but it wasn't executed very well.
