Well, it's true that there's a cast switch around chapter 85, but the old cast is strongly present too, and currently there are a few "sub-groups" of main characters. The first part is about the main character entering a strange fantasy world and understanding it's lore, while the second arc is about the interactions of said main character and the different factions that rule said world. In the end the series is more about Order vs Chaos than Good vs Evil, although both main factions have really jerkass characters and really appealing ones too.
The turtle moves!
So I finished Turn A Gundam (and a bottle of Rye Whiskey at the same time). The last ten episodes were pretty all over the place with some events, like character meetings, happening out of the blue when neither character was in the same vicinity beforehand. Still the heavy empahsis on politics rather than full scale mech warfare made it a very different watch than any previous iteration, which was rather enthralling. The main character basically being a -no-killing shonen protagonist while in the middle of 50 episodes of open warfare was also rather novel, the only other MC I can think of being similar is Doman Kahsu, whose entire goal is to actually murder someone, but never succeeds. Still one of the better Gundam series I've seen thus far, ranking below Zeta, MS and OG, but above Wing, X and Victory. Probably on Par with ZZ, so 8/10.
Now I move on to the 100 episode mountain of SEED. I'm debating whether to use Japanese audio for a better experience, or English so I can follow it while doing other things at the same time.

Guilty Crown.
It was somewhat next in my backlog, I saw Kobayashi Mika live (βios performance, it was cool) , EGOIST is doing something for Apo, so everything was telling me to do it.
I saw few comments saying that this thing is bad, other comments that it's cheap Code Geass rip-off, so my expectations were low bottom. In the end I enjoyed watching it wholeheartedly, it was great, no regrets.
It has its flaws I cannot deny it. Probably huge flaws, plot-holes, stupid this, stupid that and so on. But honestly, I don't mind or think about it too hard and just let it flow.
Conclusion: I have shit-taste and idgaf.

I haven't read it but I heard that it's different from the show and good for real and not just good for memes.
I love Tower of God! Its the one series I still religiously read every week for the last 4 years. I stopped doing that for every other series but this.
I am getting worried for SIU's hand. 1-2 years ago he had to do some delays every 4-7 chapters because he was actually getting like Carpal Tunnel or something, and he hasn't said a word, or taken a hiatus since like the end of the Workshop Battle.
You should read it! It has an amazing setting.

Just binged through Dice the cube that Changed everything and Unordinary. Both of them were pretty good. Though Dice was quite a lot better.
Also read about 200 chapters Tower of god, stopped after I realised that Bam was never going to outgrow his creepy stalker phase.
Just sat down and finished the last 2/3rds of Teppu. That is a really fun manga. It's nice how the author managed to wrap the story up enough to be satisfying but left it wide open in other places so if he does ever end up beating his disease, he could theoretically pick it up again. Highly recommend to any sports manga fans for it's odd perspective of focusing on the character who would normally be the antagonist/rival.

Just watched the anime film, "Anthem of the Heart". I picked it up on a whim, not expecting much only to find a real gem that touched my heart.
"It'll be alright. After all, musicals and miracles go hand in hand..."
I'll admit it. I shed a tear at that climax. T_T

i liked the girls looking forward to his next works, just that giddiness and anticipation of how much they liked his manga etc. made me happy
but considering he was looking for smexy time with a petite schoolgirl, unfulfilling and empty though it was, and how he keeps checking those tweets im on pedo alert
Marathoned Kill la Kill last Tuesday. My eyes hurt like hell afterwards, but it was worth it. After spending more than a few years watching more "grounded" anime, I think a good dose of unabashed shounen heightened my initial experience.
Spoiler:
I was initially only going to watch it for Garnidelia's Ambiguous, but I found it to be surprisingly entertaining.
