I did some LSC because Akitsu Maru sure would be useful.
Results: Hiryuu, Shoukaku(x2), Maruyu and Taihou(!)

E-3 on Easy is doable with pretty much any AV+CAV combo; I've been farming with a level 20+ Chiyoda and Mogami. If you're trying to clear Hard though, prolly need Akitsumaru or a lot of patience.

Nah I went on easy with 2BBVs which is working well enough.
Akitsu Maru is more of a "would be cool for the next event" thing.

Did you guys use support expedition to farm on easy? Cause RNG has been very terrible to me.

I'm on E-3 easy. First node. My escort was around 80's. 3 of them get hit to red.

i used sparkles for the entirety of E-3
That just tends to happen a lot. Fully sparkled fire support helps if you're having problems getting to the end or S ranking the boss.
I only had to come back once on E-3 easy so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
