HELP WANTED - Contact me if you know the original source of this song:
Use this font file (I had add Japanese codepage to compatible with original executable, and the zip file include addFont.dll):calibri_Font.zip
First, you should add following code in the head of override.tjs to add font if you only want use patch mode. (Because config.tjs and initialize.tjs can not patched in patch mode.)
Second, override default font config. Add the code below to the end of override.tjs.Code:Plugins.link("addFont.dll"); System.addFont("calibri.ttf", true);
After that, you should replace all "Calibri*.tft" to "Calibri" in .tjs and .ks, and delete prerender font set like "font.mapPrerenderedFont('Calibri25.tft');" and "[mappfont storage="Calibri25.tft"]". Oh, you also need replace "@mappfontinterlude_start" to "@interlude_start".Code:// Override config.tjs function HistoryLayer_config_override() { marginR += controlWidth; //controlWidth is actually scrollbar width fontName = "Calibri"; } function MessageLayer_config_override() { userFace = "Calibri"; }
Finally, you can delete all prerender font now!

Hello, I'm sorry if this problem was already mentioned in the past but with over 500 pages it would take me hours to look through. Whenever I start the VN the text is in japanese. I believe I downloaded the patch right with it following the guide and my system locale is in japanese. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
Did you follow the ReadMe?

"The world is just another word for the things you value around you, right? That's something I've had since I was born. If you tell me to rule such a world, I already rule it."
What Roku means by that is do you have the PC Realta Nua F/SN release. The english patches provided in the OP only work for that version. If you have a copy of the original PC F/SN VN, then you can't use them.
Since it seems you have the VN installed, compare the icons you see to the following image guide.
Can't seem to get this to work. I followed the instructions in the ReadMe so I don't know what to do.
I get this error thingy here when I try and launch the cracked version:
Spoiler:
You have japanese '/' in your folder path, thus all application started there will fail in a non-japanese windows. Rename your folder (with just "Fate" for example) and it will work. Or use locale emulator.
BTW, this is also in the readme.
And this is not a warez forum, so no crack discussion here

"allpatch_wakame.xp3"
Didn't someone say that this file was for a joke and not for real-world use or something, and for some reason people keep ending up with it even though they totally shouldn't?

@Vanathor - delete the slash at the exe name in addition to the folder name
@Nintendo lol that's the patch for the hidden menu thing. Not going to be in a separate patch next release though :P
@generalmoose2nd we need to see the full path to your folder. If you have any funny unicode characters there you'd need to get rid of them.

Oh, yeah. It's text alignment for quoted text. For instance, if a quoted line spreads over several lines, the second line would align with the first one after the quote.
The bug is that it should only happen on an intentioned new line (as opposed to a line that has been word-wrapped).
I think that was actually the intention of MM when they translated it, since they added an extra space before the line.
However that would have only worked on fixed-width fonts, and since the quote width and space width are different, I coded some stuff to make it happen.
In Japanese it works without coding since they use fixed-width font. Their quotes are also fancier to it looks better there.
